•     2015 - Won the barrel racing world title with a total of $303,846 in earnings. Won the average title en route to the world title with a total time of 140.41 seconds on 10 runs. Placed in six out of 10 rounds and won $126,923 at the NFR.; won the Champions Challenge Finale (Omaha, Neb.), the Yellowstone River Round-Up (Billings, Mont.), the Champions Challenge (Pueblo, Colo.), the Molalla (Ore.) Buckaroo Rodeo, the St. Paul (Ore.) Rodeo and set a new arena record, the Jasper (Texas) Lions Benefit Rodeo and the Champions Challenge (Kissimmee, Fla.); finished second at the New Mexico State Fair and Rodeo (Albuquerque) and at the Farm City Pro Rodeo (Hermiston, Ore.).
•     2014 - Finished the year ranked 25th in the world with $44,804; won Coleman (Texas) PRCA Rodeo, the Cowboy Capital Pro Rodeo (Bandera, Texas), the Florida Gateway Pro Rodeo (Lake City) and the Southeastern Livestock Exposition (Montgomery, Ala.)
•     2010 - Won the WPRA Junior World Title with $14,476 aboard Makearocket Buzz "Fuzzy."

Husband, Kaleb Apffel (married May 2016)...Father, Trip, a prominent Hill Country ranch real estate broker who owns Texas Landmen; mom, Cheryl, older brother TJ and younger sister, Lydia...She pretty much eats, sleeps and breathes horses but she is also a bit allergic to them. She is really allergic to alfalfa so she must wear long sleeves when feeding to keep her arms from breaking out in hives...Born in San Antonio and grew up in Bandera. Played every sport there was to play at Class A Medina High School, starring in track and volleyball where she earned District 29-A MVP honors. Played college volleyball at Schreiner University in Kerrville for three years as a 5-10 outside hitter but a shoulder injury brought her back to barrel racing...Mentored by Stacey Grimes...Rodeo idols Sherry Cervi, Fallon Taylor and Brittany Pozzi...Dillion previously owned by Annesa Self and Carlee Pierce and carried both to Wrangler NFR berths and set the then NFR arena record in 2011 with Pierce...Enjoys fishing and hunting...Has always wanted to be a special needs teacher as she really loves kids. Would like to be a stay at home mom.
